The Quick Wholesale Purchases module creates a convenient B2B order page where customers can instantly search for products, add them to a list, import an order from a CSV file and transfer the whole thing to the shopping cart with one click.
It's a solution for stores that serve wholesale customers, regular trading partners, purchasing departments and companies placing large and recurring orders.

Product search
The module provides a quick product search engine with autocomplete prompts. The customer types a few characters and immediately finds the right product without reloading the page. He can search by the most important data used in B2B commerce: product name, index, ID, EAN and SKU.

Filter the list of added products
When the created product list contains more than 15 products, filters appear to filter the created product list. The customer can quickly find an already added product to change its quantity or delete it.
Product list import
One of the most important features of the module is importing an order from a CSV file. The customer can prepare the product list in Excel or export it from their system, then load it into the store and build the order right away.
- Supported fields in the CSV file:
ID, EAN / SKU, Index, Quantity. - File validation and confirmation of available items
- Import statistics: imported correctly, out of stock, not found.
- Brief instructions for importing and building the CSV file for the customer.
Exporting the product list
After preparing the order list, the customer can export it to a CSV file and use it again later.
This is a practical feature for companies that regularly order a similar assortment, prepare recurring orders, or want to pass the list on for internal approval.
Hide inventory
If you don't want to inform customers about the stock available in your store, you can hide the display of quantities. The module will only display information about stock availability or out of stock.
Smart Statistics and Notifications
The module hides the buttons that the customer can't use, and gives precise notification and statistics after the import and export action.

Upon individual order, we will expand the module with additional and custom functions that will help you sell more conveniently and in an automated way.
CSV import instructions
On the B2B order page, the customer will find instructions for creating a B2B order and importing and exporting CSV.
This way, you won't have to participate in teaching the customer how to use the B2B order panel.
