Support access gives you access to the HelpDesk system and access to module updates - download the latest version from your account or update in the 1-click store.
- Access only begins to expire when you are assigned to a domain (not when you purchase it).
- With active support, you can download and update all modules on the domain with the latest versions and use HelpDesk
- After support expires, you can still use the modules and have access to the versions of the modules from the day support expired.
- You can activate access again at any time - you don't have to maintain continuity.
Remember to assign support to your domain

- Support Mon-Fri, 10 am - 6 pm.
- Installation and update of Modules.

Knowledge base - FAQ
The Knowledge Base is located on HelpDesk, it is free and open. Before you open a request on HelpDesk, check the contents of the Knowledge Base. In the Knowledge Base you will find more than 200 answers to the most frequently asked questions for each module from our store.

Patryk - dziękujemy za miłe słowa, mobilizują do działania! Kłaniamy się nisko :-)
Prestashow aktualizacją moduły kilka razy w miesiącu... Dodają nowe funkcje, optymalizacje, poprawki do SEO, poprawki zgłoszonych błędów też. Ich moduły w 3 miesiące dostaną tyle nowości i ulepszeń ile nie znajdziesz w większości rozwiązań konkurencji. Nie kumam dlaczego oczekujesz, że dostaniesz to za darmo?? Zwykły centuś jesteś nie kumający ile kosztuje high-tech i jakość.
Poza tym niech rzuci kamień ta firma, która nie planuje wdrożyć płatnego dostępu do wsparcia... Chłopaki z prestaShow są kilka kroków do przodu i nie ma się im co dziwić, bo pomysły na moduł mają nieziemskie.
Daje 5 gwiazdek - helpdesk nigdy mnie nie zawiódł, a aktualizacje to w większości wisienka na torcie. Dzięki!
Na helpdesku można też zlecać prace przy sklepie, więc warto sprawić sobie dostęp do Was :) Polecam:)
