What is GPSR?
GPSR stands for General Product Safety Regulation. It is an EU regulation for ensuring the safety of products that are marketed in the European Union.
The purpose of this regulation is to protect consumers from products that may pose a health or safety risk.
The regulation applies to products that are not covered by specific safety regulations (such as toys, food, cosmetics, for example) and covers products sold in online stores - including PrestaShop.
Manufacturer information
The module extends the standard PrestaShop "Brands & Suppliers" feature. Conveniently complete the necessary information per product or in bulk using the data you prepare, for example, in Excel.

Enter manufacturer data manually or import all data from CSV.

Link manufacturers to products
You can associate the manufacturer data with the product manually by assigning the brand to the product (PrestaShop mechanism) or in bulk according to the filters (module function).

Automatically complete the data
For example - assign brand and manufacturer only to products that are in the Accessories category and their name contains the word Mug.
Information about the responsible person
According to the guidelines, the responsible person should be specified in the product details if the manufacturer is not located in the European Union.

Modifying the code
- The module code related to the integration with the store and the design (.tpl, .css, .js) has open source code and you can modify it freely.
- The module's source code (.php) is encrypted with ionCube, and modifying it will void the warranty.
